its third MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Award in the Tall Buildings
category. Conceived by the leading global architecture and design firm, the
slender, 700foottall building on East 37
th
Street in New York City fosters a
vertical urban community.
At over 700 feet tall, the 150,000squarefoot condominium tower
represents another in a series of major projects by Perkins+Will in New
York City, where the firm has recently designed highly anticipated and
acclaimed projects including the programming and design services for the
3.7millionsquarefoot United Nations Building and Lehman College's LEED
Platinum Science Building, among others.
