In addition to the monorail the central area has a convenient wharf where boats will shuttle visitor to and from Atlantis. The project with a 131,000 m2 site print only includes a 25% or 33,000 m2 building footprint opening giving way for ample areas for promenades (20,000 m2 ), piazzas and landscaping (40,000 m2).
