Irrespective of the specific case, our approach is broadly similar. We identify a suite of good and best practice drawn from a similar geographic, political and economic context. The suite can then provide an initial basis for discussions with the stakeholders. Based on our discussions, we develop a specific policy framework. From our experience, we have found that a workshop-based approach is most effective in this regard. It will always work with the client to obtain the best results possible for each specific case.
