Dar’s contributions to SDG 15 primarily touch on targets 15.5 and 15.9: protect biodiversity and natural habitats and integrate ecosystem and biodiversity in governmental planning. For the former, Dar offers extensive environmental services including environmental and social impact assessments, environmental and social management and action planning, construction environmental management, environmental effects monitoring, and a host of other services designed to empower clients to understand the impacts of their projects on surrounding environments and plan accordingly. Meanwhile, for target 15.9, Dar works with national governments and other high-level stakeholders to plan and develop environmental policies and environmental policy frameworks.
