Officially inaugurated by the Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on 18th December, 2008 Terminal 3 will open to passenger service this year
Services provided: Project management for 211,000 m² of built-up area including a three-level main building with mezzanines housing 110 check-in desks, 15 gates and 23 passenger boarding bridges. Works also include taxiways, passenger bridges, apron control tower, power plant, electrical substations, fire hydrant system, fire stations including water storage tanks and pumping stations, landside surface car-parking area, landside bridges/flyovers serving the traffic to/from the terminal building, and a new access road connecting Terminal 3 to Greater Cairo Ring Road.
