The project is a landmark industrial area of 1,600 ha located in East Port Said Industrial Zone.

The scope of services includes concept master planning for the whole site area, final master planning for Phase 1 area (400 ha), preparation of planning guidelines, marketing materials, site grading, traffic study, and concept design for 80 km of roads and infrastructure utilities in the area called Phase 1 (potable water & firefighting systems, sewerage system, irrigation network, storm water drainage, street lighting, power distribution network, telecommunication network, and landscaping).
