Overview
Developed as a major trans-shipment centre with a multi-modal logistics centre, the East Port Said Industrial Zone is a hub for medium and light industries as well as commercial activities. The expansion of the East Port Said Port, recently designated a major international trans-shipment port, spurred the industrial development, giving a substantial advantage to the development of the industrial zone, from good synergies with the adjacent port and logistics uses.
