Overview
Only second in size to its main branch in China and one of the biggest in the world, Dubai’s Dragon Mart was ordered a much needed expansion thanks to a masterplan designed by Dar and commissioned by Nakheel. The trading center’s expansion included two floors of retail shops, anchor stores, a hypermarket, food courts, restaurants, cafes, child attractions, and a cinema.

The project
Our scope included consultancy services from concept design to tender documents and supervision. The expansion is located to the north east of the existing Dragon Mart.
