Sidara has released its 2026 Annual Report, Growing Together, Shaping What’s Next. It charts a year that reshaped our global group through record revenue, a landmark acquisition and projects designed to serve generations and shape a more sustainable future.

Sidara reported record gross revenue exceeding US$3.65 billion in 2025, sustaining powerful growth driven by the collective strength across its global network of brands. It reached that milestone before Wood joined in early 2026. Wood brings deep energy and materials expertise to Sidara’s planning, design, engineering and project management capabilities, and opens a bold new chapter for the group.

Sidara has also maintained its place among ENR’s top 10 international design firms, a position it has held for nearly two decades and now notably ranks 1st in the Middle East.

Across the globe, Sidara’s firms continue to shape what’s next:

  • Al Najd Agricultural City, a new blueprint for sustainable living in Oman
  • A national data centre programme powering America’s digital future
  • The award-winning Beijing Performing Arts Centre
  • The transformation of Kenya’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, a major gateway to East Africa

As Sidara’s founding member, Dar played an integral role in this remarkable year. In Egypt, the Haya Karima initiative continues to bring essential infrastructure to thousands of villages, earning recognition from Dubai Municipality and UN-Habitat. On Egypt’s Red Sea coast, Ain Sokhna Port entered the Guinness World Records with the deepest artificial port basin on land. In Jordan, we are advancing a US$1 billion solar-powered green ammonia project with Penspen and designing new specialised cancer care facilities for the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center.

Beyond its project portfolio, Sidara continued to strengthen its commitment to sustainability and community impact. Energy data reporting now covers 85.5% of occupied floor area, and colleagues contributed more than 25,000 volunteer hours to communities worldwide.
