We are thrilled to announce that Dar has been shortlisted for seven categories at the MEP Middle East 2024 Awards.

Now in its 18^th year, the MEP Middle East Awards recognises excellence in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) industry across the Middle East. The event brings together leading MEP professionals, contractors, and industry stakeholders to celebrate the innovation and high standards that drive the sector forward.

This year’s award ceremony will take place on 19 September 2024 at the Ritz-Carlton DIFC in Dubai, where the winners will be unveiled.

Among the finalists are four of our outstanding MEP professionals, who have been recognised for their exceptional contributions, in the following categories:

• MEP Executive of the Year – Balsam Nehme
• Project Manager of the Year – Tareq Samhouri
• Technical Manager of the Year – Mohammad Hafiz
• Young Engineer of the Year – Ban Bani Ata

Three of our groundbreaking projects have also been shortlisted, showcasing a commitment to sustainability and innovation in the industry:

• GCC Project of the Year – Almoosa Specialist Hospital in Saudi Arabia
• Sustainable Project of the Year – Masdar Ecogym Sports Centre in the UAE
• Data Centre Project of the Year – Amman Smart City Centre in Jordan

This year’s MEP Middle East Awards have seen a record-breaking number of nominations, with nearly 100 companies participating and almost 300 submissions across 20 categories.
