As part of its ongoing commitment to health, safety, and the environment, Dar UK has earned the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications from SGS for its offices within 150 Holborn— home for Sidara’s collective of companies in the United Kingdom. These prestigious certifications highlight Dar’s dedication to meeting the highest industry standards and promoting a culture of sustainability and employee well-being.

150 Holborn was designed, constructed and operated in line with our global collaborative’s vision for sustainability and digital innovation in the built environment. 150 Holborn has undergone a Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) to measure its environmental impact and identify ways to minimise the carbon footprint. The building also won BREEAM Outstanding (the highest certification level possible) for the 150 Holborn retail units. Notably, the building’s electricity comes from renewable sources and all waste generated at 150 Holborn is either recycled, composted, or converted into energy, contributing to a circular economy and furthering Sidara’s goals.

150 Holborn also achieved the WiredScore Platinum certification earning a perfect score (100 out of 100) and global recognition as one of the smartest buildings in the world. Moreover, the building earned a Platinum Smart Score with an impressive 92 out of 100, demonstrating its excellence in digital infrastructure, connectivity, and smart building technology.
