Dar will be participating as a Silver Sponsor in PropTech Connect Middle East, held on the 4^th and 5^th of February 2026 in the Grand Hyatt hotel, Dubai, contributing to the event through a panel discussion, a case study presentation, and a roundtable discussion.

PropTech Connect is a leading global real estate technology conference dedicated to accelerating the digital transformation of the property sector. Making its Middle East debut in Dubai, the event will convene more than 3,000 participants and 1,500 companies from across real estate, technology, and venture capital. The programme includes over 60 panel discussions, 50 case studies, and 25 workshops, addressing key themes such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and data analytics.

As part of its contribution to the conference programme, Mahmoud Shouman, Associate and Head of Digital Advisory and Engineering at Dar, will speak on the panel titled “Building Smart at Scale: Embedding Technology and Sustainability in the Middle East’s Mega Projects”, scheduled for Wednesday, 4 February at 4:20 PM. The discussion will explore the practical realities of delivering complex programmes, including data strategy, systems integration, procurement readiness, operational resilience, and performance measurement.

In addition, Dar will deliver a case study presentation by Mohammad Rashid, Associate Principal and Head of Technology, showcasing Schneider Electric’s new headquarters in Dubai and demonstrating how PARA OS has been applied to integrate building systems and visualise operational data through a unified digital environment.

Dar will also contribute to a roundtable discussion titled “From Vision to Operation: Creating World-Class Urban Environments with Digital Intelligence”, featuring Majdi Saadeddine, Associate Principal and Head of Technical Operations.
